Browse local manufacturers in the portal and order normal restock quantities — no pallets-required minimums beyond what the maker sets. Small orders are the point.
Once a month, one truck does a "milk-run": it picks up from every manufacturer with orders and delivers to every store on the route. Your order books onto it automatically.
The route cost (truck + driver + fuel + stops) splits across all the goods on the truck. 20% of the load = 20% of the route. More stores join, everyone pays less.
You pay StoreDash a monthly subscription for the platform. That's the only money StoreDash ever receives from you.
You pay the manufacturer for your goods, directly. StoreDash never touches product money.
You pay your share of the freight to the manufacturer/carrier — pooled, so it's a fraction of a solo shipment.

Every order can ship immediately at full solo freight — the quote shows both prices side by side, so you decide per order. You can also request extra monthly departures (e.g. the 15th); those take effect once the manufacturer confirms them.
We run Southern California only right now: LA, Orange County, San Diego, the Inland Empire, Ventura & Santa Barbara. One dense region is what makes one truck reach every store in a day — that's where the savings come from.
Every plan is free until billing (Stripe) goes live. Before anything costs money, you'll get an email with at least 30 days' notice, and you'll choose a plan then — nothing is ever charged automatically.
